The barrel has a galvanic plating with nichel-silicon with hardness of 600 HV and finishing with CNC machine for obtain a roughness optimal for piston fluidity.
- PISTON casted in aluminum alloy with high silicon percentage for guarantee high temperature stability. Machining by CNC machine for obtain a profile perfect adaptable with the cylinder barrel.
- PISTON RING in steel treated with surface treatment for guarantee maximum resistance to wear and reduced friction.
- HEAD CNC machined in aluminum alloy for guarantee optimal heat exchange. The optimized combustion chamber geometry allows high compression rate and turbulences.
