Minari Engines
Design and Production of specific engines for Flight, for paramotors and Trikes.
From extensive experience in designing and producing our own cylinders for combustion engines related to the Moto-Cross-Mini bike-Kart-Scooter and Maxiscooter sector, the idea was born to produce specific engines for Flight, for paramotors and Trikes called “Minari Engines.”
Unique and specific engines for these uses with great performance and reliability, qualities appreciated by our customers, distributors, pilots, and flight enthusiasts who increasingly request our products from various countries.
Specifically, these are 180 cc two-stroke engines, with different configurations such as vertical, inverted, inclined, with natural or forced cooling, for optimal temperature control equipped with manual, manual electric, and electric start.
Goals
Built using the latest technologies, steel molds were designed and constructed for die-casting engine cases, magnesium castings, surface-coated with epoxy powder, and machined on state-of-the-art CNC machines with maximum precision.
Parts in Ergal or Anticorodal entirely machined from solid with specific surface treatments and, upon request, with personalized colors.
Galsi 9 aluminum cylinders artificially aged, liner with Nickel Silicon coating, internally diamond-honed with plateau finish.
Diamond-profile piston equipped with two chrome rings, forged steel crankshaft completely finished with grinding in all parts. Electronic ignition with variable advance, with an advance curve specifically designed for linear and consistent operation.
Pre-tuned Walbro carburetor, airbox with a pleasant shape, surface-finished in Carbon Look.
Transmission via Poly V belt.
Exhaust system sectioned and adequately supported to prevent breakage.
